  3. Physical Devices: Smart sensors, hubs, and accessories.

3. Installation Services

Our professional team performs on-site setup at the address you provide. Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability and may require you to meet certain pre-installation requirements.

4. Information Products

Digital guides and courses are delivered via email or direct download. Access details are provided after successful booking and payment.

5. Physical Devices

Products are shipped from our facility. You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address and any required permissions for delivery.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Installation Services

Due to scheduling and resource planning, installation services are non-refundable once confirmed. You may reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before may incur a service fee.

6.2 Information Products

If you find that our digital guides or courses do not meet your needs, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, credit may be issued for future purchases.

6.3 Physical Devices

If a device arrives damaged or defective, please submit photos and a description within 14 days of receipt for inspection. If approved, you may send the item back for examination. Once received, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within 7 business days. We cover shipping costs for defective items. For other concerns, the buyer covers shipping expenses, and a 10% restocking fee will apply.

7. Modifications to Services or Terms

AI HomeMechanix reserves the right to update offerings or these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on aihomemechanix.top. Continued use indicates acceptance.
